UNIDOS ERG Collaborative, the first free access community for Hispanic and Latinx ERG leaders.
The collaborative was founded by a group of passionate LatinX ERG leaders in an attempt to create a platform where ERG leaders across the country can connect, educate and inspire other Latinx.
The goal is to move beyond theory and spotlight best of breed practitioners who can share how they have been able to execute ERG capabilities within their organization. Our mission is to create a community where we can all connect, share and network through both online & regional events, ERG research and the online community.
